This site is owned and provided by Barinder Gahir trading as Barinder Designs.

-While anyone in the world may visit the site, I can only accept orders through the website for delivery to addresses on the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands.

-For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & EU countries please send details via the 'Contact' page and I will get accurate p&p price for you.

-Commissioned pieces must be paid for in advance and cannot be refunded.

-If you are not completely happy with any item purchased from this site you may return it in perfect condition within 14 days for a complete refund of the purchase price. Postal charges are not refunded.

-I can accept no responsibility for any information, practices or products of other parties linked to this web site.

-VAT is not charged on any of the products sold on this site. 

-I reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site as necessary.

-Our website design, text, graphics and images are owned by number8glass and reproduction of any of these without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

-These terms and conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which both parties submit.

  • Barinder Designs shall under no circumstances whatever be liable to the Customer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any direct loss of, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the the purchase/sale of any items or arising or in connection with any glass making session; and
  • Barinder Designs total liability to the Customer in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the items/experience bought.
  • Except as set out in these Conditions, all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the Contract.
  • This clause shall survive termination of the Contract.
